Conditions.

 

Payment.
A 30% deposit is required to start works and confirm you’re booking with us. This amount is non-refundable once the design process has commenced. Upon final approval of artwork, please note we require payment in full in order for print production to begin.

Design.
The price quoted includes two rounds of changes. Any changes past these rounds will be billed at an hourly rate of $75p/hr.

Printing.
Studio Nard accepts no responsibility for any error/s in printing after final art is approved by client. All design and print is handled by Studio Nard due to copyright and quality assurance purposes. The below print disclaimer must be read, understood and signed off by the client before any design work goes to print.

Print Disclaimer.
You must carefully review and approve all final artwork.

  • Please check all variable information including names, dates, venues, addresses, etc are all correct.

  • Please check all spelling is correct. 

  • Please check all sizes, paper stocks, envelope stocks and print finishes are all correct.

  • Please note on screen colours will differ slightly to printed collateral.

  • Please note paper is a natural fibre and can sometimes have occasional, minute particles that may be visible. This adds to the natural character of the paper stock and does not affect the paper’s performance.

  • Studio Nard accepts no responsibility for any error/s after final art is approved by client.

  • Please note we require payment in full before printing. If you would like to start the print process immediately, please send remittance though to nadia@studionard.com.au. Please state your invoice number on bank transfer.

  • The print process takes 2-3 weeks from the time payment is received unless otherwise discussed.

  • If approving artwork digitally, please respond in email ‘OK TO PRINT’

  • I have read, understood and agreed to the above terms.

Copyright.
All design work produced and imagery on this site are the sole property of Studio Nard and are covered by copyright. They may not be reproduced in any fashion without the permission of Studio Nard. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.

Currency.
All dollar amounts are in Australian dollars and pricing excludes GST.

Quoting.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change without notice. All costs charged include two rounds of client changes. Anything past this point will be charged at an hourly rate of $75p/hr.

Shipping.
All shipping is sent through Australia Post via express post (24-48hrs). Shipping is free of charge if the invoice exceeds more than $1000.00. You will receive a tracking number once shipment has been made.

Studio Nard is located in Melbourne and ships Australia wide. For International customers, we currently do not ship to other countries. But if you really love our style and wish to work with us we can try our best to make it happen. Fill in the form on our Enquire page and we will be in touch with you directly to discuss further information on international delivery for you.

Loss or Damage.
Studio Nard cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage for goods in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will ensure we pack all orders carefully and use the appropriate packaging methods. You can follow the progress of your order via the tracking number supplied once shipped. You also have the option to purchase insurance on your item/s whilst in transit. If this is something you would like to request, let us know before we post your parcel and we can add this feature at an additional cost to you.

Cancellations/Refunds.
As Studio Nard is a service based business and all items are made to order, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds under any circumstance.

We advise that you purchase a sample pack to view our print quality, paper stocks, etc. Alternatively you can take advantage of our complimentary personal appointment service once you have received your quote. This gives you the opportunity to meet with us directly, view our work, paper and print samples and discuss your event requirements in further detail.

There is also the option to print a digital proof of your stationery if desired. Fees do apply and will vary depending on paper stock/s required.

Errors/Reprinting.
Your approval in writing of the print disclaimer, along with the sign-off of your design files are final. It is the sole responsibility of the client to carefully proof all artwork. In no event will Studio Nard be held responsible for any errors in text or print specifications once final approval has been given by the client.

In the event of a printing error, please get in touch with us straight away. Studio Nard will amend the design artwork free of charge, however the client is responsible for the cost of the reprint.

If for any reason the final product does not represent the final signed-off artwork from the client, Studio Nard will immediately rectify the situation. We will amend the artwork and reprint at our cost.

Assembly.
All our stationery suites come unassembled. If you would like them pre-assembled, we are more than happy to provide this service, however we will need to charge you a little extra for our time. Our time is charged at an hourly rate of $75 AUD. On average a suite takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete depending on the complexity of the assembly and quantity required.

Digital Stationery.
E-Invitations and E-Save the Dates are supplied at the screen resolution of 72dpi in jpeg format and are intentionally designed to be optimally viewed on mobile devices (specifically phones). Clients are responsible for their own sending, and we take no responsibility for any errors with your phone network/email software (such as emails going to guests junk folder) or online sending platforms.

Websites.
All websites come with complimentary stock imagery best suited to your website design and colour palette. If you wish to supply your own imagery you must own the copyright of these images or alternately have written permission from the owner of the images for their use. Taking images from the internet is a breach of copyright laws.

Fonts.
Fonts unfortunately can not be supplied to clients. This is due to licensing restrictions. We purchase all fonts used and are not allowed to distribute or on-sell to clients.

Social Media and Promotion.
We reserve the right to post any images of our work on all social media channels and our website. We allow a grace period of 4 weeks from the time you receive your order before we post any static images of your stationery. Although, we may share a sneak peak of them with-in the 4 week period.

We will never publish any addresses or contact details of our clients or their guests. If for any reason you wish for your event stationery not to be shared on social media please advise us in advance in writing.
