Order Process
for Stationery.

  1. Explore our website.

  2. Choose either a Semi-Custom or Custom suite.

  3. Get in touch via the Enquire page on the website to receive your custom quote. A personal consultation can be arranged after this point if necessary.

  4. Confirm you’re booking by placing a 30% deposit. A design start date will be locked into the calendar.

  5. Provide us your event information, guest list, colour choices, inspiration, etc.

  6. For Semi-Custom suites, design concepts are returned to you 2 weeks from the booked in start date. For custom suites, design concepts are returned to you 3-4 weeks from the booked in start date dependant on the scope of work required.   7. Advise us of any changes and/or approval.

  8. Final artwork is sent to print.

  9. We receive printed stationery and assemble if required within 2-3 weeks of final approval.

  10. We deliver straight to you Australia wide.

The production timeline.

A typical Semi-Custom suite will take approximately 6-8* weeks to complete, from start to finish. Please get in touch with us at least 8 weeks before you would like to send your wedding stationery to your guests to ensure we can meet your required deadline.

*Please note these timings are an estimate, and could be shorter or longer depending on client feedback response times.
